Anyone working in a food handling area must report to their employer if they are afflicted by certain medical conditions or suspect or know that they may be a disease carrier.
Association Training Courses & Passport
The Association has a partnership agreement with The National Skills Academy for Food & Drink which offers members discounted rates on four key on-line training courses which are recognised across all 4 nations.
